1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to X1Academy.com and X1 Academy’s digital products, educational materials, communities, applications, and related services. By visiting the site, purchasing a product, or joining a membership, you agree to these terms and any additional terms shown at checkout.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep any account credentials secure. If you are under 18, you should review these terms and any purchase with a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
3. Products and memberships
Blueprints and other downloads are digital educational products. Academy access may include courses, community areas, live sessions, updates, or other membership features described on the relevant offer page. Features and schedules may evolve so that the service can remain useful and current.
4. Payments and third-party platforms
Blueprint payments and product delivery are processed through Whop. Academy membership payments and community access are managed through Skool. Those services process payment and account information under their own terms and privacy policies. X1 Academy does not directly store complete payment-card details. Forms or scheduling may also be provided through Tally or Cal.com.
5. Pricing, renewals, and cancellation
Prices, billing frequency, and included access are shown before checkout. Recurring memberships continue for the period disclosed at checkout until canceled through the platform where they were purchased. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred.
6. Refunds
Because digital products may be delivered immediately, refund eligibility is determined by the refund terms displayed for the specific offer and the policies of Whop or Skool, as applicable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction. Contact support promptly if you experience a purchase or access problem.
7. License and intellectual property
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own education. X1 Academy and its licensors retain all rights in the site, branding, lessons, templates, videos, downloads, and other materials. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, sublicense, scrape, or create competing products from protected materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or community to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, harass others, distribute harmful software, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access, misrepresent your identity, or send spam. Community access may be restricted or removed when conduct threatens members, the service, or X1 Academy’s rights.
9. Educational disclaimer and results
X1 Academy provides education and general information, not financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Examples and student outcomes describe particular experiences and do not promise that you will achieve the same result. Outcomes depend on your effort, decisions, experience, market, platform changes, and other factors outside X1 Academy’s control.
10. Third-party links and availability
The site may link to third-party websites and services that X1 Academy does not control. Their availability, content, and practices are their responsibility. X1 Academy may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of its services when reasonably necessary and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, X1 Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.
12. Changes and contact
