Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how X1 Academy handles personal information when you visit X1Academy.com, contact support, apply for a service, purchase a digital product, or participate in an Academy membership or community.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, application responses, support messages, purchase or membership details, and community profile information. We may also receive technical information such as device type, browser, approximate location, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction data through ordinary website logs or analytics.
3. Payment and membership providers
Blueprint payments and delivery are handled through Whop, while Academy membership payments and community access are managed through Skool. Payment details are submitted directly to those providers and are governed by their privacy policies. X1 Academy does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number. Applications and scheduling may be handled through Tally and Cal.com.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide and deliver purchases, administer memberships, review applications, respond to support requests, send service communications, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, improve content and website performance, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.
5. When information is shared
Information may be shared with service providers that support checkout, community hosting, forms, scheduling, communications, analytics, or site operation. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The site and connected services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technologies to keep services working, remember preferences, understand usage, and protect accounts. Browser settings can limit some technologies, although doing so may affect functionality.
7. Retention and security
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing access, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to particular uses. You may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages through the provided link. Transactional or account messages may still be sent when necessary to provide a service.
9. Children’s privacy
The services are not intended to collect personal information from children without appropriate guardian involvement. Anyone under 18 should consult a parent or legal guardian before purchasing or joining. If you believe a child submitted information improperly, contact us so the request can be reviewed.
10. International use and external links
Information may be processed in countries where X1 Academy or its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. Links to outside services are provided for convenience; their privacy practices are controlled by those services, not X1 Academy.
11. Updates and contact
This policy may be updated as the services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version. To ask a privacy question or submit a rights request, email x1academysupport@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
